The hotel had good security with cameras everywhere.

Upon arrival, my room was far from satisfactory. The previous guests left behind used medical supplies, which made me question the cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the staff was unresponsive to my complaints, and I received no offer for reimbursement despite the numerous issues I faced during my stay.

The king suite was spacious with flat-screen TV and refrigerator. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were nice and warm, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom had complimentary toiletries and a strong shower. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Breakfast had make-your-own waffles, cereal, and fruit.

The room was decent with a good size, and it felt clean when we got in. The combo sink and shower layout was unique but surprisingly useful. The fridge and microwave were handy, but the beds were super hard and bouncy, which made it tough to sleep. Pillows could use some work too. they were pretty lumpy. The air conditioner was really loud, but at least it cooled the room down after a while.

The breakfast spread included fresh-made waffles and a good variety beyond the typical options, making mornings here much more enjoyable. The indoor pool and hot tub provided a nice way to unwind after a long day, perfect for families and weary travelers alike.

One chair in a double room is quite limiting, forcing one person to sit on the bed while the other tries to get comfortable. A lingering smell of cleaning supplies in one of the rooms made it hard to settle in, requiring some window time to air it out. Additionally, the absence of a lamp bulb in my room required an unscheduled trip to borrow one from the lobby, not the type of convenience I expected.

the inn and suites was the perfect base for exploring nearby attractions, with great staff who recommended fantastic dinner options. the indoor swimming pool was a delightful treat after a busy day. many restaurants, stores, and gas stations nearby really enhance convenience.
